In the Indian language, the Term” Bhojanalaya” basically refers to a restaurant. The word bhojanalaya basically refers to the typical Marwari style of food, which does not contain garlic or onions. Upon visiting the New Delhi station you will be able to see many Bhojnalaya’s available there. All these places serve mostly vegetarian food. At most of these bhojanalaya’s you will be served with north Indian dishes which are very mouth watering. These dishes would be like Dum Aloo, KadhaiPanneer, Matta Mushroom, Khoyamattar, Dal Fry, palakpaneer, Tandoori roti, Naan, pulao and sweet dishes are also available. The price of all these dishes is not very expensive as the owners realize that people from the different strata of society visit these places to eat and theirs is so much competition that if we try increasing the price they might just land up losing business. The quality of food served is quite neat.
