The Bagore ki Haveli was actually a 18th century Haveli which has still been preserved in a traditional style in Udaipur. There are a few rooms which have been displayed in a very cultural manner, which even includes a gigantic turban which has also known to be the largest turban in the world. Upon visiting the Bagore ki Haveli one can see the rooms and the courtyards of the Haveli which were at point in time very quiet and vivid now have been decorated in a typical Rajasthani style. In the evenings one can see women dancing with the stacks of earthen pots dancing on the local numbers or you can enjoy watching puppets shaking and moving to the songs just like real people! The show is done in both Hindi as well as in the English thus making it understandable y the foreigners also.
People generally visit the Bagore ki Haveli for experiencing an evening full of entertainment. This is an open air theatre. There is an entry fee of Rs 25 per person. The place can be visited from 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM on all days of the week.
