Barmer is a beautiful city in Rajasthan, famous for its work of wood carving, interior decoration, paintings and embroidery items. The houses in the village of Barmer are also decorated with motifs and paintings. Apart from these crafts work Barmer is also famous for the folk music sung by the local singers better known as “Bhopas”.
Kiradu Ancient Temple is a group of five temples in Barmer and the most popular among the five temples is the temple devoted to Lord Shiva “The Someshwer Temple”. Juna Jain Temple and Khed Ranchorrai Temple are among the few other temples which are famous in Barmer.
