Bhopal is a beautiful city and is a host to many lakes. It is the capital ofMadhya Pradesh. It is split by a pair of central lakes. One of them is India’s largest manmade lake. In terms of demography, Bhopal is divided in to north and south regions. In the north, Muslim population is predominant and in south it’s the Hindu population which is in majority. Therefore the city has a beautiful amalgam of different cultures combined with its natural beauty. In the north parts only, there is a reminder of the tragedy that took place in union carbide plant in 1984 and many people were killed during that disaster. The city is located in beautiful landscapes, the lakes and small hills that make it appear serene. The market area is quite big and is very crowded most of the times. There is also Military Area in the city and the Service Selection Board is located here too. The Bhopal is well connected via railways, airport, and roads to all parts of the country.
