The crystal gallery is considered to be a unique gallery which showcases some of the rarest of the rare crystals. The gallery is located inside the City Palace Complex along the banks of Lake Pichola. This crystal gallery is 129 years old and was originally set up by Maharana Sajjan Singhji. The gallery was opened for public display in the year 1994 before which it is believed that the crystals were said to be underground. The crystals were hidden because of their beauty and brilliance. The Crystal gallery overlooks the Darbar hall. One can enjoy seeing a sparkling and an impressive royal collection of many mirrors, sofas, small perfume bottles besides the other royal items.
One must visit this beautiful and dazzling crystal gallery as the jewels are simply magnificent. The gallery is believed to be one of the largest private galleries of crystals in the world, and will completely captivate anyone. There is an entry fee of Rs 525 for adults and Rs 315 per person is charged for a child. The gallery can be visited from 10 am to 1:00pm and then from 3:00pm to 8:00pm on all days of the week.
