The Jain temples at Dilwara, Mount Abu offer a spectacular view of the marble structure which can be seen standing in full magnificence and majesty and with numerous carved pillars as well as domes which add to the overall beauty of the place. There is a very fascinating legend associated with the Dilwara temple. It is interesting fact about the temple that the artisans involved in the construction of this beautiful temple were originally paid by the amount of dust they all collected. This aspect of getting paid in turn motivated the workers and also encouraged them for carving more intricate designs and thus the temple looked more stunning. The temples can be visited by Jains only till noon, and only after 12pm can the Non Jains enter the premises of the temple.
