Garhmukteshwar is a town situated in Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh state and prevalent as a holy place. It is also known as Garh Ganga. It derived its name after the temple of Mukteshwar Mahadev which is dedicated to goddess Ganga. The holy river Ganga is also streaming just at a distance of 5 Km from Garhmukteshwar. It is a very easily accessible place to be an eyewitness of alluring sights of river Ganga and white stone idol of Brahma Ji.
