    There are no direct flights from pune to manali, if you wish to go by plane you would have to take flights up to delhi after then you can take flight to bhuntar airport , If you are willing to come by train, you have to take train upto chandigarh railway station which is around 270 kms from manali. Next there are lots of State transport buses, private volvos can take you to manali from Delhi ISBT. ;)
