The Sas Bahu temple catches everyone’s attention in Rajasthan because of its catchy name. The temple is not functioning anymore and is not visited by many tourists however people only visit this temple for the amazing architectural beauty. As you visit this historic temple you can see the the old stones put here at one point in time have over the years lost their true and are now lying in the grooves of their age old carvings which characterizes this temple complex which has been spread into two parts.
The temple is believed to have been constructed on the 7th century and as later destroyed by the Mughals in the 14th century. As you visit this old temple you will notice the beauty of the place which surrounds the temple complex. One can see a small lake along with mustard fields which looks quite scenic. People do not especially come to see this temple however stop mostly on their way to the well known Eklingji Temples. There is no entry fee for visiting this temple complex. One can see the temple from 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM and then from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM,on all days of the week.
