US southwest trip

We are flying to Phoenix in a couple of weeks to US southwest trip of the US southwest. The itinerary is planned and the lodging is booked. This roughly what we plan to do, but we are flexible. Any advice on sightseeing and dining is welcome!
Here is the plan: Fly to Phoenix and rent a car. Two nights at Grand Canyon, Yavapai Lodge. Hike halfway down Kaibab trail, and back to rim. Supper at the El Tovar.
Drive to Page AZ, overnight and see the sights around the Glen Canyon Dam.
Drive through Monument Valley to Moab. Visit Arches and Canyonlands NPs. 2 nights in Moab. Drive trough Capitol Reef NP to Escalante. Stay there 2
nights. Hike in the area. Drive to Bryce Canyon NP and stay one night at a cabin in the Park.
Drive to Springdale and spend 3 nights there to visit Zion NP.
Drive to Las Vegas and spend 3 nights there. See Cirque de Soleil Mystere and Mama Mia. Try Bellagio buffet.
Drive to Tucson and spend 4 nights. Visit Saguaro NP, Arizona-Sonora desert museum, San Xavier del Bac Mission, Tubac, Tumacacori, Kartchner Caverns, Tombstone, Bisbee, Mt Lemon and Sabino Canyon. Drive back to Phoenix for our final night by the airport, stopping at Biosphere 2 on the way.
