Wales and Bath

Thanks to all who suggested my husband and I go for a weekend in Bath. We had a wonderful time! We stayed at the MacDonald Bath Spa Hotel, which was absolutely lovely. Besides beautiful grounds, wonderful service, comfortable beds and deluxe bathroom the price of the room includes use of the spa. There is an indoor heated pool, indoor spa, outdoor jacuzzi with "waterfall" (for shoulder massages), aromatherapy steam room, dry sauna, salt-infusion room, cold room (with ice!) and different showers. It was so relaxing! There are also spa treatments, but they were all booked up by the time we arrived.Bath is a beautiful town, and we loved how manageable it is for a weekend. We didn`t make the free town walks (they started at 10am and we were still being lazy) but I hadprinted out a free walking tour from the Bath website, so we just followed along and did our own tour. Had a few wonderful dinners, and just thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Our next free weekend is coming up in a few weekends, and we thought we`d like to see Wales! So, does anyone have any suggestions for a destination for a few nights? I don`treally know anything about Wales but it looks gorgeous. I
don`t know whether we should head for the coast or the Brecon Beacons area.
