Khandvi is also another tea time snack dish, which is slightly sweet in taste. This is also made up of gram flour and curd, and black mustard seeds and sprinkled on top.
If you have a sweet tongue then you must try tasting Basundi. A typical Gujarati thali is simple incomplete without Basundi. It is a thick, creamy dessert made of milk, and then topped with lots of cashews, almonds, pistachios and saffron. The best part of Basundi is the amazing aroma this dish has to offer.
